PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit coreviewtech.com (the "Site") or purchase a service from Core View Technologies, LLC ("CVT," "we," "us").
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information."
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Additionally, when you employ our services, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address (if direct delivery of equipment is needed), payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as "Customer Information."
We may also generate and store customer passwords using a password manager application. Password data is secured behind industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
SERVICE DELIVERY RECORDS
When we provide services, we generate and retain business records of that work. These may include records of communications with you (such as calls, text messages, and emails), remote support session logs and screenshots, service visit and mileage records, and technical documentation about the systems we support for you. We use these records to deliver and document our services, maintain accurate billing, and support your systems over time. We refer to these records, together with Device Information and Customer Information, as "Personal Information."
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Customer Information and Service Delivery Records we collect to deliver the services you engage us for, to generate accurate invoices and estimates, to communicate with you, to maintain service history for your systems, and to screen for potential risk or fraud. When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, we may also provide you with information relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site.
TECHNOLOGY SERVICE PROVIDERS, INCLUDING AI TOOLS
CVT uses trusted third-party technology platforms to operate our business and deliver our services. These include our website host (Squarespace), analytics (Google Analytics), invoicing and payment processing (FreshBooks), remote support tooling (TeamViewer), and productivity and AI-assisted tools that help us document work, maintain billing accuracy, and respond to clients faster.
Where our AI providers offer data-use controls, we configure our accounts so that client data is not used to train AI models. Our service providers process information under their own commercial terms, which include confidentiality and security protections. We do not sell your Personal Information.
We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
DATA RETENTION
When you employ our services, we maintain your Customer Information and Service Delivery Records for our business records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Note that we may retain records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
